  • Add a pinch of nutmeg and a teaspoon of honey to the drink.
  • Use of rosemary incense sticks is also beneficial.
  • Add one third of a cup each of ginger and baking soda to a bath. Immerse in the bath for about fifteen minutes.
  • A cup of warm milk with ginger and raw almonds is useful.
  • A gentle massage with warm oil is relaxing and soothing to the nerves. Sesame, corn, coconut and sunflower oil are some of the best oils. Apply the oil with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Jasmine essential oil relaxes stiff muscles which are tight from anxiety and tension. It is wonderfully relaxing when used in the bath.
